Who we are

What we collect

• What you type into a form: your email and, if you choose, your phone number.
• Whether you checked the call-and-text consent box, the exact consent wording shown to you, the page, language, date and time, your IP address and browser type. We keep this as a record of your choice.
• If you later ask for a quote, the information you give us for that quote.

How we use it

• To send you what you asked for.
• To contact you about insurance only if you gave consent, or if you contact us first.
• To keep records required of Texas insurance agents.

What we share

We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with service providers that run this site, our email and our records (under confidentiality), with insurance companies or wholesale brokers when you ask us for a quote, and where the law requires it.

Nonpublic personal information

If you become a client, information you give us to get insurance is handled under federal and Texas privacy rules for financial institutions. We share it only as needed to quote, place and service your insurance, or as the law allows, and we will give you any privacy notice those rules require.

Your choices

• Reply STOP to any text to stop texts.
• Ask us by email to stop calls or emails, or to see or correct what we have.

Security and retention

We keep records in access-controlled accounts. Consent records and insurance records are kept at least as long as Texas requires, currently five years.

This site does not use analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies. Fonts load from Google Fonts.
